Checking in & out
Check-in is from 15.00 Please be ready to check out at 12.MD on departure day.
Please ensure you leave the accommodation in the same state you found it. You will be charged for any damage to the Shepherds hut, Yurt or bell tents, furniture or furnishings incurred during your stay. Please recycle your rubbish in the bins provided and clean any pots/pans you have used for the fire pits and BBQ’s.
Cars (& any other vehicles)
For your enjoyment and safety, we do not allow cars on the Glamp site; they must be parked in the adjoining car park.
For your safety, buckets of sand and water buckets are placed around the Glamp site, please familiarise yourself with their location on arrival. No naked flames, smoking, candles or fires are allowed inside any of the accommodation. Fire pits and BBQ’s must be placed at least 6 metres away from the Yurt, & Tents. Please take care when around the fire pits, particularly with children & pets.
Children are more than welcome to come and stay, but please be aware there are open and deep waters around the site. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. They remain your responsibility at all times.
Dogs (Other pets at the owner’s discretion)
Dogs are welcome but they must be kept on a lead and you must clear up after your dog. (No dogs in the Shepherds hut or yurt) Please do not leave your dog alone inside the bell tents or your own tent at any time. Any damage caused by your pet must be paid for. East Dean Kennels is approximately half a mile away & provides doggy daycare or longer if you require it. You are advised to book in advance as peak holiday times can be very busy for the kennels.
Although we are in the countryside, please be considerate regarding other people’s peace & quiet and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 22.00 and before 8.00.
Go Glamp takes no responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the site. Please leave unnecessary valuables at home
